That range is not a collection of unrelated interests. It is one thesis applied across different environments: systems work better when the human layer is designed deliberately. More than 20 years across business analysis, product, finance transformation, SAP, Dynamics 365, payments, governance, risk and operating-model change give the portfolio a level of delivery rigour that independent practices often lack.
My story.
I did not set out to build my own practice. I began inside complex
organisations, learning what makes transformation succeed — and what quietly causes it to fail.
Again and again the hardest problems were not purely technical. They
appeared between teams, inside workflows, and at the point where people were expected to adopt
change. I call that point of failure the human layer. Innovating Chaos became the platform for
turning that insight into products — not commentary about change, but systems people can use.
