Starting with Innovating Chaos
Which pathway is right for me?
- Build Beyond You is for senior professionals who want to turn hard-won expertise into a more independent, scalable practice.
- Venture-to-Value is for founders and ventures working to clarify and strengthen the value they create.
- Lean-to-Leverage is for teams seeking to simplify how work gets done and create more capacity.
- Organisation-to-Advantage is for organisations working through strategic, operating or innovation challenges.
If you are not sure where to start, contact us with a short description of the challenge. An enquiry does not commit either of us to an engagement.
What happens after I get in touch?
Where there appears to be a fit, we may invite you to a discovery call or suggest a more relevant resource. A discovery call is exploratory: scope, timings, fees and deliverables are agreed only in a separate written proposal or agreement.
Expert Practice Diagnostic
What is the diagnostic?
The Expert Practice Diagnostic is a structured professional-intake questionnaire for people exploring the Build Beyond You pathway. It helps us understand your experience, ambition, constraints and the work you want to build. It is not an assessment, certification, guarantee of outcome, or legal, financial, clinical or regulatory advice.
How long does it take?
Allow approximately 30–40 minutes. The quality of the result depends on thoughtful, candid answers, so it is worth completing when you have uninterrupted time.
Can I save my progress?
Yes. While you work, the diagnostic saves a draft in your own browser so that you can return to it. That draft remains on your device until you submit the diagnostic. If you use a shared or public device, clear your browser storage for this site when you finish.
What should I include—and avoid including?
Use your own experience and anonymised examples. Do not include client names, health information, employer-confidential material, passwords, payment information or identifiable details about other people. If supporting material is needed, we will agree a suitable way to share it.
I submitted the diagnostic but have not heard back.
Check your spam or junk folder first, then email info@innovatingchaos.com from the address used for the diagnostic. Please include the date you submitted it, but do not resend your full answers by email.
Discovery calls
How do I book?
When a discovery-call calendar is offered, choose a suitable time and complete the booking form. Your confirmation email includes the time in your selected time zone and a calendar invitation.
Can I cancel or rearrange a call?
Use the cancel or rearrange link in your booking-confirmation email. Cancelling in advance makes the time available to someone else. If you cannot find the email, contact us with the name and email used for the booking.
I did not receive a booking confirmation.
First check spam or junk. A booking may still have been recorded even if an email is delayed, so please do not make a duplicate booking. Instead, contact us and include the date and approximate time you selected.
Privacy, cookies and accessibility
How is my information handled?
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we use it, who may process it, retention periods and your rights under UK data-protection law. For privacy questions or requests, email admin@innovatingchaos.com.
I found an accessibility problem.
Email info@innovatingchaos.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, the device and browser you used, and any assistive technology involved. We will investigate and, where possible, provide the information in another format.
Website and content
Can I rely on information on the site as professional advice?
No. Site content, resources, diagnostic prompts and exploratory conversations are general commercial and strategic information. They are not legal, financial, tax, clinical, regulatory or other professional advice. Please obtain advice from a suitably qualified professional for decisions that require it.
May I reuse content from the site?
You may read, share a link to and make reasonable personal use of public content. You may not reproduce, adapt, sell, publish or present Innovating Chaos content, methods, brand material or resources as your own without written permission. See the Terms of Use.
